The Crocodile is one of the most iconic characters in a puppet show and Steiff wouldn't let its wide range of adorable hand puppets missing such a classic figure! Gaty is a really fun hand puppet and has an incredible stage presence. Its extra long mouth with felt teeth is very eye-catching. This puppet retains all IDs and was finely handcrafted in Germany between 1959-67. It uses the nicest mohair plush with some equally remarkable airbrushing work. Gaty's head is stuffed with excelsior (wood wool) and has a plastic finger tube for movement. This puppet has been gently used but shows signs of wear. Gaty can't wait to join your vintage toy collection.
