Founded in 1925, KERSA is one of Europe's most known hand puppet makers. Their brand name stands for "Kreative Erzeugnisse Realisiert im Spielwaren Atelier", a German phrase that expresses their goal to produce artistic products that encourage children's imagination. This Grandmother Hand Puppet is an example of Kersa's amazing craftsmanship and was made in Mindelheim, Germany, circa 1960s. Her sweet expression, with beaded eyes and hand stitched features, is adorable. Her body is made of fabric with detailed felt hands. The head is stuffed with soft material and has a cardboard finger tube for movement. Little Grandma is in very good vintage condition and can't wait to join your vintage toy collection!
