Foxy is one of Steiff's most beloved dogs and he is even more charming as a hand puppet! And this toy is special also because he is in excellent condition and retains all his IDs. The colors are vibrant and he seems unused! This sweet Terrier character has an endearing expression that is hard not to fall in love with. This model was finely handcrafted in Germany between 1968-78 and uses the finest mohair plush. He has stitched nose, mouth and claws. His head is stuffed with excelsior (wood wool) and has a plastic finger tube for movement. This handsome puppet can't wait to join your vintage toy collection!
