Here's a gorgeous Judy hand puppet from an old Punch and Judy set designed for children. Judy is the wife of world renown Mr Punch! It has a finely carved wooden head, beautifully hand painted with expressive decal eyes applied to it. The body is made from colorful fabric with lovely small wooden hands and legs. This puppet is from German origin, likely made circa 1950s. It has been used, holds a solid structure and displays well. Despite its many years of life, the coloring is still vivid. But it shows some age and wear with small scuffs, stains and paint loss. Also note that parts of the decal eyes are missing. This great piece of history will certainly be a special addition to your vintage toy collection!
