ANKER Rabbit Hand Puppet ~ 1960s

Germany is home to one of the most prized plush-making industries in Europe. There are countless brands that enchanted children with their amazing soft toys. Founded in 1954, Anker is one of these companies that also produced a variety of hand puppets. Famous for the comical Mule character Mufti, the company closed its doors in the late 70s. Here's a nice example of one of their hand puppets. A sweet Rabbit finely handcrafted in Munich using artificial plush and plastic eyes. Its head is stuffed with soft material and has a plastic finger tube for movement. It has been loved and there are some stains. This adorable puppet can't wait to join your vintage toy collection!

    Great All Around!

My rabbit arrived safe and sound, wrapped very well. It is cuter than in the photos! He's a little funny-looking which is why I love him so much.
    Shipping was fast. Thanks OUAP!
