As other Steiff toys of the time, this puppet was expertly handmade in Germany using the finest materials. The expressive glass eyes and nice airbrushing work gives this character an amazing look that everyone adores. Its head is stuffed with excelsior (wood wool) and has a cardboard finger tube for movement. It is well loved with some large bald spots on the head but it still retains the ear button.
