This expertly crafted replica of the renowned Gendarme hand puppet was created in Lyon, France in the early 2000s. This figure stands 21 inches tall and accurately represents the upholder of the public order in the show, featuring his signature cocked hat and high rank uniform. The head is made from wood composite and painted with care, while the body is composed of fabric with flat wooden hands. This hand design grants the puppet a unique clapping sound when manipulated.
