This delightful couple depicting Pretty Polly and the Gentleman are characters from an old Punch & Judy set designed for children. Crafted in Germany around the early/mid 1900s, they have carved and hand painted heads, with expressive decal eyes. Their fabric bodies paired with small wooden hands and legs make these small puppets a truly charming couple!
