DAKIN X the Owl Hand Puppet ~ 1988



This X the Owl hand puppet was made by DAKIN in 1988 and is a recreation of the original character from the PBS program hosted by Fred Rogers, Children's Corner. He is the feathered friend and neighbor of Henrietta Pussycat and Daniel the Tiger. He is called X because he “X-scaped” from a cage! Charming little Owl is crafted from a synthetic material that resembles flannel and has expressive round plastic eyes. The puppet stands about 11'' (28 cm) tall.
