Location and Processing time
We are located in Toronto, Canada. We ship promptly after payment is cleared, usually the same or the next day.
Shipping costs and Delivery estimates (Canada and USA)
One or two items ship with a flat rate of US$6.50 to Canada and the USA. Three and up to five items ship for US$13. Over five items US$25 will be charged. It usually takes 4-12 business days for your parcel to be delivered but we can not guarantee the actual delivery time since it depends on the shipping provider and current circumstances.
Returns
Due to the nature of our unique vintage items, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us at info@onceuponapuppet.com if you have any problems with your order.
If you are not located in Canada or in the USA and the cost of shipping does not appear to your specific location, please contact us at info@onceuponapuppet.com to get a quote.
Customs and import taxes
Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Keep in mind that if you are outside Canada, you are responsible for any of these charges that may be collected by the destination Country. International Deliveries might also take longer to arrive due to extra customs processing.
