Its head is finely carved from a single block of linden wood, shaped into a soft, archetypal form with only suggestive features. Rounded eye hollows, a subtle nose and the natural wood grain warming through a gentle watercolor blush. The body is hand made from natural cotton and dressed in a simple manner with mother-of-pearl buttons (one is missing!). Note that one felt hand is missing.
